Customer Reviews
Good tea, slow shipping
I ordered some Earl Grey variants and a glass teapot. The tea itself is quite nice, flavorful and good quality. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. The teapot arrived well-packaged though.
Good tea, nice gifts
I got one of their tea gift sets for my sister, the one with the fruit tea blends. It came nicely packaged and she really liked the variety. I also grabbed some honey sticks for myself. Everything arrived in about 6 days after I ordered, no problems. The teas smell amazing, and the honey sticks are a nice touch. I'd definitely order from them again, maybe try some of their seasonal blends next time.
Decent experience, minor snags
I bought the 'Sweet Dreams' herbal tea and a tea storage tin. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Delivery to my home in New York took around 7 days, which was within their estimated window but not super fast. The tea tin is good quality and seals well, keeping the tea fresh. My only minor gripe was that the tracking information wasn't updated very frequently, so I wasn't always sure where my package was. Overall, it was a solid purchase, and the tea tastes good.
